WORK DESIGN & PSYCHOSOCIAL RISK INFRASTRUCTURE
Change the work.
Not the worker.
Identify the work conditions creating organizational risk. Govern corrective action, verify controls, and separately measure whether work design improves.
Organization-level insight. No employee surveillance or individual productivity scoring.

Risk lives in how work is organized.
Deadline pressure, fragmented workflows, unclear decision rights and inadequate recovery are work-design conditions—not individual defects.
Most organizations have the signals. What is missing is clear ownership, and controls with independently verifiable follow-through.

From organizational signals to verified action.
Four connected steps. Each one is reviewable by the people accountable for it.
Detect
Approved inputs
Bring together approved organizational signals—workload patterns, cohort feedback and operational data—within privacy-released thresholds.
Attribute
Work-condition hypothesis
Link the signal to a probable work-design cause, such as allocation, pace or decision rights, instead of to individuals.
Control
Owner and intervention
Assign an accountable owner and an intervention that changes the work, with a review date recorded from the start.
Verify
Evidence, residual risk, next review
Record time-stamped evidence, assess residual risk and schedule the next review. Only an authorized human closes the record.

Assurance first. Better work, measured separately.
Abate keeps two distinct planes. Risk Assurance is the system of record for obligations and evidence. Work-Design Outcomes is a clearly labeled learning layer for measured directional change. They are never combined into a master score.

What happened, who owns it, and is it verified?
Shows the hazard, attributed cause, accountable owner, control status and verification.

Is the work itself getting better?
Shows the comparison period, quality state and direction of change—including when evidence is insufficient.
AI can change the workload—even when the model works.
New tools reshape decision rights, pace, exceptions and cognitive burden. Abate treats each AI change as a work-design change, with a baseline, controls and human review.

Did the work become clearer and more sustainable?
Built for complex, high-accountability work.
A global, industry-neutral foundation, launching first with legal services where workload intensity and accountability are highest.

Law firms and legal departments
Deadline concentration, matter allocation and escalation rights, addressed as organizational design rather than individual resilience.

Accounting, consulting and advisory
An extension path for other high-intensity professional services, subject to readiness and validation.

Privacy is a system boundary, not a dashboard setting.
The employer view and the Private Vault are separate by design. There is no employer access to Vault identity or content, and no join between the two.

Abate is nonclinical: it does not diagnose, treat or predict individual burnout. AI may prepare suggestions; only a human-authorized workflow changes an assurance status.
A defensible path from risk to response.
Follow one sample record from work condition to scheduled review. Every step is synthetic and labeled; nothing here implies a completed certification or legal determination.

Work condition
Sustained deadline concentration in one practice group, identified from approved, privacy-released inputs.

One organizational model.
Jurisdiction-aware controls.
An industry-neutral core describes how work is organized everywhere. Effective-dated jurisdiction packs, reviewed by local counsel, add the obligations that apply where you operate.[cite: 10]

What is Zoiko Abate?
Zoiko Abate is a work-design and psychosocial-risk platform that helps organizations identify hazards in how work is organized, coordinate corrective action, verify controls, and separately assess changes in organizational working conditions. It is not an employee surveillance or clinical mental-health system.
What problem does Zoiko Abate solve?
It helps organizations identify and address psychosocial risks rooted in work design, such as sustained workload pressure, unclear responsibilities and fragmented work. It links organizational signals to accountable controls and verification evidence.
Does Zoiko Abate score or monitor individual employees?
No. Its employer-facing approach is designed around organizational risk intelligence and privacy-controlled reporting, not individual productivity scores, clinical inferences or continuous employee surveillance.
How are risk assurance and performance outcomes different?
Risk assurance records the hazard, cause, assigned action, evidence and verification. Work-design outcomes separately indicate whether relevant organizational conditions changed. An improved outcome cannot close an unresolved risk obligation.
Is Zoiko Abate only for law firms?
No. The foundational architecture is global and industry-neutral. Legal services are the initial focus, with a planned expansion into other high-intensity professional services subject to readiness and validation.
